* Audio, Photo & File Attachments: Images, photos, audio recordings, documents (such as PDFs), and other files you attach to your notes.
* AI Summaries: Summarized or refined note content generated when you use our optional AI-assisted tools.
The content you create remains yours. We process and store it solely to provide, synchronize, secure, and maintain your account and services.
C. Photos, Camera, and Storage Access
* Camera Access: The App uses your device camera to capture photos directly within the App to attach to notes and reminders.
* Photo Library & Storage: The App accesses your photo library so you can select and attach images, documents, or PDF files to your notes.
D. Microphone and Speech Recognition
* Microphone Access: The App accesses your microphone to record audio notes and enable voice dictation.
* Speech-to-Text: The App uses device-level and platform speech-recognition technology to transcribe voice input into note text. Audio is only accessed when you actively initiate audio recording or voice dictation features.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
1. Provide and Manage Services: Create and authenticate user accounts, synchronize notes and websites across sessions, and display personalized content.
2. Deliver Alarms and Reminders: Schedule, trigger, and manage exact offline alarms, sound/vibration alerts, and push notifications.
3. Power Interactive Features: Facilitate photo attachments, audio recordings, speech-to-text dictation, and AI note summaries.
4. Facilitate External Navigation: Allow you to launch external URLs, initiate phone calls (tel:), or open your mail client (mailto:) directly from saved contacts and bookmarks.
5. Maintain Security & Reliability: Authenticate active sessions, prevent unauthorized access, monitor service performance, and diagnose crashes.
6. Compliance & Legal Obligations: Comply with applicable legal requirements and enforce our terms of service.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information, notes, websites, and attachments for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the App's services.
If you delete specific notes, websites, or attachments, they are removed from active access. When you delete your account, all associated personal data is permanently deleted from our active databases in accordance with our deletion policy.
5. Account and Data Deletion (Your Right to Delete)
You have full control over your data and may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:
* In-App Deletion: Confirming this action will immediately and permanently delete your account, profile, saved websites, categories, notes, audio/photo attachments, and push notification tokens from our servers.

Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your data, including:

7. Device Permissions and User Choices
You can grant or revoke device permissions at any time through your device's system settings:
* Camera: Required only to capture photos for note attachments.
* Photos / Media Storage: Required only to upload existing images or files to your notes.
* Microphone: Required only for voice dictation and audio recording notes.
* Speech Recognition: Required for transcribing speech into text.
* Notifications & Alarms: Required to receive reminder alerts, sound notifications, and push updates.
Revoking permissions will disable the corresponding feature within the App without affecting other parts of the service.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.
